Rates
for 2 bedroom suites are priced for 4 people.

All
other room rates are based on 2 people; add $20.00 for each
additional person.
Rates are subject to change depending on occupancy levels.

After 3:00 pm
or as soon as rooms become available.

- For
your enjoyment, safety and comfort, only our
registered guests may be in guest rooms or use our
pools.
- Wristbands
required for all registered hotel guests to use pools.
- Connecting
rooms are available.
- Non-smoking
and handicap rooms are available.
- Cribs,
one time $8.00 delivery charge.

10:30 am.
- All
rates subject to state and local taxes.
- All
Rates subject to change without notice.
- Two
night minimum stay, either Friday-Saturday or
Saturday-Sunday in the months of July and August and
during Holiday and Special Events.
- Saturday
night only $20.00 premium.
- Holidays
and Special Event dates may have higher rates.
- Group
rates available for 15 rooms or more.
- No
discounts on 2 night minimum dates or Saturdays.

Deposit:
First night in advance, applied to date of departure.
All reservations must be guaranteed. Reservations confirmed
upon receipt of deposit. If using a credit card, your card
will be charged the same day the reservations are made.
We honor: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Personal Checks are accepted for deposit only on
reservations made 4 weeks in advance. Your reservation is
automatically cancelled if we do not receive your deposit
one week prior to your arrival date
Cancellation
and Refund Policy: On family suites only, a 5-day
cancellation policy will be required.. All others, deposit
will be refunded if cancelled by 6:00 pm; 72 hour prior to
arrival date. Failure to cancel this reservation will result
in forfeiture of your deposit or a charge on your credit
card for first night lodging.
Please call if you will be later than 6:00 pm, as your
credit card will only hold your room until 6:00 pm. Early
checkouts are subject to the same policy. No refund will be
made for unused portion once any segment is used.
For
all cancellations, a $20.00 processing fee will be deducted
from all deposits of
charged credit cards and personal checks.
