Reservation Policy

• $250 Booking Deposit required with signed contract within 7 days of making reservations.

• If Tax Exempt, forms must be presented with signed contract and Deposit.

• Guest list required 2 weeks prior to check-in date.

• Itinerary plan finalized 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

• First night's stay must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.

• Balance due upon arrival.

• Refunds paid 30 days after cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

• Groups may cancel total reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival date.

• Cancellation charge is the forfeiture of Booking Deposit of $250.

• Guest rooms may be cancelled 15 days prior to arrival date with a cancellation charge of $10 per room.

• Guest rooms cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival forfeit the first night's lodging fee.
